The patient customer relations coordinator serves as an advocate for patients and families to assure they have the best experience possible when receiving care. This person leads the organization in service initiatives and helps to bring about best practices to Langlade Hospital.
The patient customer relations coordinator has developed a multidisciplinary team comprised of hospital employees to study and address opportunities to enhance our services and concentrate even more on the needs of our patients and their families.
Langlade Hospital will continue to build on our pledge to you. We have seen consistent increases in our patient satisfaction scores; yet we realize that there are always opportunities for improvement. In that effort, we invite you to provide us with any feedback or concerns you may have about your experience.
